Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role as a Deputy Sales Manager at PropertyPistol in Pune. The Deputy Sales Manager will be responsible for overseeing sales operations, developing and implementing sales strategies, identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining customer relationships, and achieving sales targets.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in sales management and achieving sales targets
- Excellent leadership and team management skills
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to analyze market trends and identify business opportunities
- Knowledge of the real estate industry and market dynamics
- Exceptional customer service skills
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
- Additional certifications in sales or real estate management are a plus
