Responsibilities & Key Deliverables
- To create and modify 3D harnesses and harness Installations in CATIA V5
- To apply Design Verification practices
- To ensure release on Team Center
- DMU analysis for clash and clearance in the mockup
- To handle CAD for Electrical equipment database for Device, Connector, Cable part number, etc.
- To have good understanding of sheet metal & plastic brackets/channel design
- To participate in peer-reviews and follow the review cycles to ensure the Right First time

B.E./B.Tech (Mech or E&E)
General Requirements
- Good understanding of electrical circuits
- Knowledge of EV Systems and Design will be added advantage
- Fair knowledge on Electric Vehicle level EMI/EMC requirement for wiring harness layout
- Knowledge of various sleeves and protection according to industry best practices
- Knowledge on validating routing of harness as per requirements, electrification of parts, releasing 3D data in team center, etc.
