Role & Responsibilities
- Responsible for the development and performance of all sales activities in assigned objective of achieving maximum profitability and growth in line with company budget, vision and values closely working with RSM
- Develop a business plan and sales strategy within the Team for and ensures attainment of company sales goals and profitability working closely with RSM.
- Maintains accurate records of all sales and activity reports and work closely with pricing / CS & Ops to share feedback and ensure there full support for new business on boarding.
- Successfully documents customer specific requirements & smoothly transitions the New Accounts secured to the Operations team.
Preferred Candidate Profile
- Bachelors degree
- Candidate with Field Sales experience from Freight forwarding background important.
- Good Communication Skills
- Experience in handling Client relations
