What Youll Do
To generate revenue by selling Single phase UPS Products & solutions including power management software through channel partners and System Integrator in Chandigarh / Mohali Region
- To drive revenue & gross margin objective of the organization in the assigned territory.
- To consistently work towards improving Eaton market share in the assigned territory.
- Meets assigned targets for profitable sales volume and strategic objectives in assigned partner accounts.
- Effective channel management and Distributor management which includes grooming, nurturing and proliferating the channel base and Distributor Sales Champ for Eaton.
- To ensure channel breadth and reach to encompass all regions within the assigned territory
- Training and development of channel partner skill sets to promote Eaton business and values.
- Have market intelligence and provide effective feedbacks to the product management and marketing team
- To drive and execute Channel programs and work on local promotions of Eaton Brand
- New Product Focus : To drive business proliferation of new products through designated channel
- To ensure that Eaton Channel solutions through competent channel are available across the geography in the assigned territory
Qualifications
Bachelors Degree with Masters Degree.
- Minimum of 5-10 years experience is mandatory.
Skills
Strong relationships with Channel partner network in the territory is desirable.
- Knowledge of latest technology trends
- Strong interpersonal skills
