- Understand business problems and identify challenges and constraints

- Education - Engineering (preferably Electrical/Electronics/IT) + MBA
- Experience Range - 5+ years
- Experience in wind/solar energy field (Operations, project management etc)
- Good program management, Project planning & coordination skills
- Good Experience of working in cross functional teams
- Analytical approach to problem solving with focus on solution delivery
- Capable of extrapolating current situation to future scenarios
Functional/ Domain expertise
- Understanding of wind/ solar plant working is a must
- Participated in some digital transformation/enablement exercise in organization
- Basic understanding of work of Data Scientists & Data engineering roles is a plus
- Experience in agile working methodology would be a plus
- Experience with tools like PowerBI, Tableau, Monday would be a plus
