Understand business problems and identify challenges and constraints

Design digital and advance analytics solutions to business problems

Implement the solution with an understanding of end-to-end architecture

Interact with internal and external stakeholders involved in implementation of the solution

Identify opportunities for implementation of new use cases

Drive good data governance and adherence to SOPs

Interact with data scientists, data engineers, UI/UX designers and effectively convey the desired solution design

Our Ideal candidate

Education - Engineering (preferably Electrical/Electronics/IT) + MBA

Experience Range 7+ years

Experience in wind/solar energy field (Operations, project management etc)

Good program management, Project planning & coordination skills

Good Experience of working in cross functional teams

Analytical approach to problem solving with focus on solution delivery

Capable of extrapolating current situation to future scenarios

Functional/ Domain expertise

Understanding of wind/ solar plant working is a must

Participated in some digital transformation/enablement exercise in organization

Basic understanding of work of Data Scientists & Data engineering roles is a plus

Experience in agile working methodology would be a plus

Experience with tools like PowerBI, Tableau, Monday would be a plus

Communication skills

Ability to communicate with cross functional roles is a must

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Good presentation skills

Teamwork

Ability to work as a self-motivated team player

Has worked in large teams with an agile setup in the past

Handle multiple projects across intra and inter-department teams
