The team you will be a part of
The Quality Assurance team analyzes and implements quality standards for components, materials or services. Applies measures, sampling methods, testing methodology and other procedures to ensure that quality standards are met. Prepares reports and recommends improvements. Collaborates with suppliers and ensures effective corrective actions are implemented when needed and contributes to supplier quality improvement programs
This Role In Summary
Delivery of Warranty claim and cost targets in terms of Global Service Incident Rate(GSIR), TCQ(Total Cost of Quality) and customer satisfaction in terms 5 Star RatingTo ensure that the internal metrics for quality is in sync with customer satisfaction by keeping a check on the Global Service Incident Rate(GSIR)
TCQ(Total Cost of Quality) / Warranty Cost & 5 Star Rating
Your Responsibilities Will Include
NPI & Exports
Follow APQP process to drive Quality improvmen in NPI
Participate in Target setting & Drive actions to mee the target
Participate in product/sub-system/component reviews to ensure that consumer issues are adequately addressed
Design reviews with global platforms to drive product & process capability & ensure 50% GSIR reduction with each new product introduction
GSIR Improvements
Monitor the GSIR(Global Service Incident Rate) ; Do thorough data analysis to understand special cause and common cause issues, improvements & regression
Capture and understand the voice of customer
Prioratize , Deploy & Drive GSIR improvement projects with CFT
TCQ Improvements
Monitor the amount spent on maintaining the warranty claim/ TCQ and collaborate with other functions on TCQ initiatives
Drive CMR(Customer Machine Replacement) improvements
Analyze the Data,Prioratize Top branches,Visit the branches to get insights
Prioratize,Deploy & Drive CMR improvement projects with CFT
Keep a check on other associated costs on current and future year warranty period
Sdervice Quality Interactions
Coordinate with service Quality for controlling GSIR, TCQ (Total Cost of Quality) etc.
Collaborate with service partners on monthly basis
Minimum Requirements
EDUCATIONAL QAULIFIACTION
B.E. / M.E. AGE27 - 32 YearsNIT / Equivalent Preferred EXPERIENCE05 - 10 Years
