Deputy Manager-Production

Job Description :

1. Responsible for batch/continuous process in time as per production plan.
2. Responsible for the quality of Recovered solvents.
3. Responsible for allocating the manpower in respective area.
4. Issuing permits to the maintenance activities of equipment's in SRU.
5. Giving instructions to the subordinates about their course of action.
6. Responsible for the progressive documentation of activities in the BMR/ECRs.
7. Responsible for the thorough cleaning of equipment's during campaign changeover as and when it comes.
8. Reporting the near miss-incidents/accidents (if happens) to the authorities concerned in time.
9. Preparation of Daily report (Batch cycle time, water to HPS, water consumption, manpower details and stock reports).
10. Ensuring the safety of operating personnel & equipment's.
11. Responsible for ensuring cGMP in shift.
12. Maintain good housekeeping and up keeping in shift.
13. Ensuring the preventive maintenance of equipment's and giving clearance of equipment's as per schedule
14. Reporting the deviation to the higher authorities and ensuring the completeness of its documentation activity as well
15. Conducting training programs to the subordinates for relevant operations as and when the plant is under shutdown
16. Cross checking Recovered solvent and mother liquor stock availability in book stock with physical stock.
