1. Planning and Monitoring Production processes and coordination with other departments
2. Sound knowledge of Rubber moulding and CNC machining processes
3. TPM Implementation knowledge speciaaly KK, JH pillar working expertise.
4. Conducting problem solving through various tools involving various functions.
5. Ensure all procedures respected and self-inspection performed.
6. Driving projects for the efficiency/productivity improvements, reduction of down time.
7. Cost monitoring through various cost indicators (like wages, consumable cost etc.)
8. Adherence to daily customer s plan/ dispatches.
9. Manpower skill development controls, revaluate and making action plan
10. Follow up with internal department for smooth production
11. Monthly performance analysis (MIS) as per PQCDSME countermeasures
12. System audits IATF, EMS, Internal Customer Audits
