Key Responsibilities:- Assist in preparing and reviewing corporate tax returns and supporting documentation.
Conduct tax research and analysis to support tax positions.- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local tax laws.
Assist in managing audits and responding to inquiries from tax authorities.
- Support tax planning initiatives and identify tax-saving opportunities.
Collaborate with finance and accounting teams to ensure accurate financial reporting.- Supervise junior tax staff and provide training as needed.
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA or equivalent preferred.- 3-5 years of experience in tax compliance or advisory.
Strong knowledge of tax regulations and legislation.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Proficient in tax software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Attention to detail and accuracy.- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
