We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced professional to join our dynamic marketing team. This role is crucial in enhancing marketing initiatives by doing comprehensive data analysis and reporting.
KEY ACTIVITIES
- Analyze and interpret data from various marketing channels (social media, email campaigns, paid advertising, Loyalty etc.) to measure effectiveness and ROI.
- Develop dashboards and reports to track marketing KPIs, including conversion rates, customer acquisition cost (CAC), lifetime value (LTV), and other metrics.
- Perform segmentation analysis to identify target audiences and optimize campaign performance.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to design A/B tests and other experiments, analyzing results to refine marketing strategies.
- Identify trends and insights from data analysis, providing actionable recommendations for campaign improvements.
- Utilize predictive modeling to forecast marketing outcomes and optimize budget allocation.
- Monitor market trends, competitor performance, and consumer behavior, translating findings into data-driven strategies.
- Ensure data accuracy and integrity in reports by working with technologies team to manage databases and marketing data sources.
- Present data findings and insights to cross-functional teams, including senior management, to influence strategic marketing decisions.
- Create and Optimize the end-to-end Dashboards around all marketing initiatives.
KEY REQUIREMENTS
- 4 to 6 years of proven experience in data management or similar role in a B2C environment in marketing department.
- Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business Administration or any related fields.
- Solid experience in data analysis and reporting; hospitality experience is a plus.
- Background in market research and project management is highly preferable.
- Knowledge of Excel, R and SQL; familiarity with business intelligence tools (e.g. Tableau, SAS)
- Ability to work with stakeholders to assess potential risks.
- Ability to analyze existing tools and databases and provide software solution recommendations.
- High-level experience in methodologies and processes for managing large-scale databases.
- Demonstrated experience in handling large data sets and relational databases.
- Understanding of addressing and metadata standards.
