We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Artiste Manager with a unique blend of skills in artist management and sales.
In this role, you will be responsible for not only nurturing and advancing the careers of our talented artists but also actively participating in the sales and promotion of their work.
The ideal candidate should have a passion for the entertainment industry, a keen understanding of the music market, and strong sales acumen. This is a work-from-home role; however, candidates must be available during flexible hours as the nature of the entertainment industry may require immediate attention or response.
Key Responsibilities:
Artist Management:
Develop and maintain strong relationships with artistes.
Work closely with artists to understand their artistic vision, goals, and career aspirations.
Coordinate and oversee various aspects of an artist s career, including scheduling, promotions, and contract negotiations.
Sales and Promotion:
Actively engage in the sales process, promoting and selling the artistes to event organizers, and sponsors.
Develop and implement effective sales and marketing strategies to maximize the reach and revenue potential of the artists work.
Identify and pursue new business opportunities and partnerships to enhance the artist s visibility and commercial success.
Market Analysis:
Conduct market research to identify potential opportunities and challenges for the artist s career growth.
Networking:
Build and maintain a strong network within the music industry, including connections with event organizers, and other key stakeholders.
Attend industry events, conferences, and networking functions to promote the artist and explore new opportunities.
Qualifications:
Proven experience in artist management, preferably in the music industry.
Strong sales and negotiation skills with a track record of successful deals.
In-depth knowledge of the music market, industry trends, and key players.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.
Bachelors degree in business, music business, or sales related field (preferred)
