Role Responsibilities
- Account Management: The desired candidate needs to demonstrate sharp skills of managing key accounts and grow them into cash cows
- Own grow the Pfor business in particular region with end-to-end responsibility of sales, account management, operations supply chain management
- Visit customers regularly and generate demand and ensure user and purchasers at plants.
- Maintain and develop data for sales growth and margin improvement.
- Plan, execute and monitor sales operations and order fulfillment with the objective of attaining accelerated growth and Customer NPS.
- Program managing cross functionally to ensure adherence to SLAs. Supporting and leading various marketing activities from time to time.
- Ensuring 100% end to end fulfillment rate for alorders.
- Ensuring 100% compliance on taxation, account receivables and payables
- Ensure complete sanity in AR, work on pendency with account wise reconciliation.
- Team handling capability along with maintaining customer relationship
