Job description
Purpose of this Role:
1. Manage Business IT Infrastructure Operations and Projects for ARIPL Company
2. Procure and Provision New Hardware including Laptop/Desktops as per IT Standards
3. Manage IT Helpdesk for all ARIPL Divisions and Locations through helpdesk resources as per defined SLAs
4. Manage and Maintain IT Infrastructure budgets
5. Review and Coordinate IT Security Initiatives as per Group IT Security Guidelines
6. Manage IT Audits including tracking closures
7. Follow Group IT Standards and leverage various Share Services from Group IT
Role & Responsibilities
1. Co-ordinate with ARIPL Business Heads, Users, and business IT Infrastructure requirements are captured and tracked for provisioning
2. Be the SPOC for all IT Related Issues and Escalations and coordinate until satisfactory resolutions are received
3. Ensure all logged calls in the IT Service Desk Tool are tracked for satisfactory closures
4. Ensure IT Service tickets are resolved within SLA timelines and reduce recurring tickets
5. Ensure Patching & Service Packs & Anti Virus installation to all Client Machines
6. Manage all ARIPL internal IT Projects specific to Group IT function and ensure milestones are tracked as per agreed timelines
7. Ensure IT Assets are managed effectively. New procurement, allocation, inventory Service Integrators, Vendors & Suppliers Management
8. New Projects - IT Systems Implementation Co-ordination & Support
9. Execution and maintenance of anti-virus, patches, etc
10. Managing Budgets for New Projects & Plant IT Initiatives
11. Participate in Plant / Business Meetings representing IT for taking reviews, inputs & requests 12. Review and Coordinate IT Security Initiatives as per Group IT Security Guidelines
13. Manage IT Audits including tracking closures
14. Follow Group IT Standards and leverage various Share Services from Group IT
Nature of Experience Required:
1. Experience handling IT Operations of around 100 Cr Company
2. Experienced in ITIL, ISO 27001
3. Experience in handling Multi-Location IT Support
Preferred candidate profile
1. Should have experience in Handling IT Helpdesk
2. Should have the knowledge on IT Networking & Servers
3. Technical Knowledge on Desktops, Laptops, Printers hardware and troubleshooting on both hardware and applications
4. ITIL Certified
