We are seeking an experienced Deputy Manager for Internal Corporate Communications and Content to join our team. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in strengthening our internal communication strategies, enhancing employee engagement, and ensuring a cohesive narrative across the organization. You'll be responsible for creating impactful content and supporting corporate communication initiatives that align with our brand and values.
Key Responsibilities:
Content Creation and Management:
- Design and deliver engaging content for various internal channels, including newsletters, the company intranet, email announcements, executive communications, employee updates, presentations, video
- scripts, and town hall meetings.
- Maintain a consistent brand voice across all communications to reinforce company culture, values, and strategic goals.
- Write and edit content that is tailored to diverse audiences, ranging from leadership to frontline employees, ensuring clarity and accessibility.
Internal Communication Strategy Development:
- Collaborate with HR, marketing, and department heads to establish an effective internal
- communication strategy that supports business objectives and improves employee understanding of organizational priorities.
- Analyze internal communication needs and develop a content calendar that reflects key company
- initiatives, culture-building activities, and project milestones.
- Identify best practices and innovative communication approaches to improve information flow and engagement.
Event Planning and Execution:
- Oversee communication aspects of internal events, including planning, promotion, and post-event
- feedback collection. Key events include town halls, leadership briefings, employee recognition events, and milestone celebrations.
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure event content aligns with overall messaging and values.
- Develop event scripts, presentations, and visual aids to support impactful event experiences.
Qualification, Experience & Skill Sets:
- Bachelor's degree in Communications, Journalism, Marketing, or a related field.
- 8- 10 years of experience in corporate communications, content creation, or a similar role within a medium to large organization.
- Proven track record of creating engaging content and managing corporate communication initiatives.
- Excellent writing, editing, and verbal communication skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders at all levels.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple priorities.
- Familiarity with intranet tools, email platforms, and basic design/editing software is a plus.
