- Our intercity technology powers part truck Load, full truck load, linehaul and warehousing for large

Our founders are Raghuram Talluri (CEO, ex- Myntra, McKinsey), Pramod Nair (CTO, ex- Freecharge,

Job Responsibilities
End to End ownership of Partners ensuring best escalation management, delivering exceptional operations reliability along with growth.
Maintaining a strong relationship with clients and being the face of Loadshare in the business community.
Develop trust relationships with a portfolio of major logistics clients.
Coordinate frequently with stakeholders across different functions involving operations, sales, product, finance, business analytics teams.
Acquire a thorough understanding of key customer needs and requirements.
Understand business requirements, work on business processes, study and analyze workflows, design solutions and prepare functional specifications involve in trouble.
Expand the relationships with existing customers by continuously proposing solutions that meet their objectives.
Understanding of business issues of clients and coming up with solutions.
Daily track on numbers to see any significant changes and reporting to senior management.
Perform profit and cost analysis for various key accounts.
Compliance check on all reports/presentations being sent to clients.
Have an in-depth knowledge of competition and clients and ability to influence the market.
Engage and strategize with senior level executives at client companies to demonstrate how Loadshare can create value for their business.
Coordinating with the Finance Team to ensure timely billing and realization.
New account lifecycle management and smooth Go Live.
Business Growth and Optimization.
