• Understand the global business context and build relevant HR capabilities.
• Aid in building the organization's capacity to implement and sustain change.
• Innovate and integrate HR practices around critical business issues.
• Design and deploy strategies to control attrition in line with market trends through strategic thinking.
• Handle and improve the existing Rewards & Recognition framework with a well-thought-out action plan.
• Manage performance, grievances, succession planning, and front-line manager development.
• Drive learning initiatives in alignment with business needs.
• Partner efficiently with internal and external stakeholders to drive business growth.
