JD : HRBP

Performance Management

Strategize the Annual Performance Management process and deployment all the milestones of the process as per the PMS calendar

Ensuring 100% KRA completion of all new joiners online.

Establishing and executing PEP process

Conducting KRA Audit for Annual Goal Setting.

Ensure bell curve adherence for all businesses, highlight deviations and get a final signoff

Create continuous communication and orientations for driving the process effectively

Deliberate on best practices and improve employee experience through implementing new age practices in PMS

Employee Engagement, Recognition & Development

Driving engagement & conceptualizing events such as festivals, other Fun at work initiatives.

Manage Result cascade of Surveys and execute action planning for people managers and HOD.

Work with line managers and employees to address all types of employee relations issues ensuring a balance in representing all parties interests

Driving Engagement & shifting experience through action planning for Critical teams.

Assess business unit's human resources training needs and conduct 1:1 and/or group training sessions as appropriate.

Talent Acquisition

Oversee Talent acquisition by fulfilling all manpower requirements across levels and ensure efficiency of the team/partners for the overall busines by managing the TAT for position closures.

Regular review and monitoring of partners and ensure publishing hiring dashboards for the business.

Define the Talent acquisition strategy for Campus and lateral hiring in alignment with Corporate HR, deploy the strategy across Lifestyle business

Handling Manpower Budgeting exercise for Annual resource requirement as well as reviewing it on Quarterly basis

Partnering with the Business Heads w.r.t. Talent requirements in terms of Structure, Headcount, Budgets for acquiring good talent as per the pre decided TAT

Utilizing all possible means to minimize the hiring cost by using LinkedIn Career Page, IJB,Referral for hiring etc.

Handling Transfers, Deputation & Relocation and seamless execution of FTC confirmation.

Responsible for creating and executing robust onboarding plan for all new hires

Contribute to the development and execution of workforce planning, talent acquisition, and succession planning strategies.

Experience Required :

5 - 8 Years of Experience with

1. Knowledge about HR Processes

2. Functional Knowledge of Performance Management, Talent Management, Engagement

3. Understanding of the Business Processes

4. Articulating Thoughts and Presenting to People
