This opening is for leading cement manufacturing company of Northeast and it will be based out of Meghalaya Plant.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures
- Participate in the recruitment process, including conducting interviews and making hiring recommendations
- Oversee employee relations and address any issues or conflicts in a timely and professional manner
- Conduct performance management processes, including performance evaluations and feedback sessions
- Assist in the organization and coordination of training and development programs
- Ensure compliance with all relevant labor laws and regulations
- Contribute to the development of a positive and inclusive work culture
- Manage employee benefits and compensation
- Assist in the resolution of HR-related grievances and disputes
- Participate in strategic planning and decision-making to support the overall goals of the organization
- Conduct regular audits of HR processes and procedures to ensure efficiency and accuracy
- Provide support and guidance to junior HR staff
- Prepare and maintain HR reports and records
- Contribute to the development of HR strategies to attract and retain top talent
- Participate in HR-related projects and initiatives
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
