Deputy Manager -(Mortgage/Home Loans/LAP)And(financial services Insurance)
Purpose Of The Role
- To work in the field and find new customers for mortgage financial products and build channel partners to create new business opportunities.
- Will be responsible for meeting team targets, employee retention and achieving
- efficiency of assigned geography, employees and sources while keeping the team motivated and
- engaged.
- To handle a team of 12 Sales officers to acquire new business of Home Loans and other mortgage products, client visits, team huddles, target completion.
Educational Qualification
- Graduate/ Post Graduate - 2 years to 5 years exp in Home Loans and team handling profile.
- *Experience: 5 to 7 Years Home Loan / Mortgage/Home Loans/LAPs Experience
- (Including minimum 1 year team handling experience).
- Graduate/Experience: 3 to 5 Years of Insurance Product Experience
- (Including minimum 1 year team handling experience)
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of housing finance/mortgage sales experience required
- candidate should be localized
- candidate should be ready for field sales
- To handle a team of 12 Sales officers to acquire new business of Home Loans and other mortgage products, client visits, team huddles, target completion.
- *Should have minimum 3 years of Housing Finance sales experience
- *Should have minimum 1 years of Team Handling experience in Housing Finance
- *Candidate should be comfortable with given salary bracket
- * Must be graduate from any stream.
- *Must be open to travel.
