Principal Responsibilities
- Ensures accurate and timely processing of customer invoices, credit notes.
- Follow up on outstanding payments and resolve any discrepancies.
- Manage and reconcile accounts receivable ledger.
- Collaborate with sales and customer service teams to resolve customer issues.
- Ensure accurate and timely processing of customer payments and application of cash.
- Reconcile complex accounts and resolve discrepancies.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records and reports.
- Perform ad-hoc financial analysis and reporting as required.
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations and company policies.
Key Skills And Capabilities
- Bachelor's degree in accounting, Finance, or related field
- At least 5 years of experience in accounts receivable or related field
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices
- Strong leadership and management skills
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in accounting software and Excel
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
