- Driving adherence to practices for Budget planning in accordance to ZBB philosophy, spend analysis, and management reporting
Technical/Functional
Competency Requirements:
Sourcing & Budgeting Experience (Level: Expert):
- Expertise in sourcing, logistics and vendor management area
- Strong Negotiating and influencing skills: able to influence business partners and suppliers as well as the ability to be assertive to ensure compliance to contracts
- Knowledge of International business concepts, eg. L/C, INCO Terms, Custom Clearance, etc.
- Deep understanding of Capital Budget planning, approval and monitoring.
Analytical Aptitude (Level: Expert):
- Strong analytical skills to understand and interpret the data for spend analysis and management reporting
- Expertise in data analysis and info-graphic visualization using advanced excel functions and Power Point
- Logical reasoning and problem solving skills
Financial Acumen (Level: Intermediate):
- Information of indirect and direct taxation and its impact on sourcing cycle.
- Awareness of the changing rules and its impact on work areas
General Competencies (Level: Expert):
- Conceptual understanding of processes and deliverables
- Task orientation and quality consciousness
- Process oriented mindset in executing activities in compliance to the company guidelines
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Customer oriented approach
