Job Description

Responsibilities & Key Deliverables

  • Recruitment, Onboarding in different Trainee and permanent workmen category as per requirement
  • Compensation Management of Workmen and Trainee category
  • Manage Shop Floor ER Operational Issues Coordination with PU Managers, Associates, Trainees etc. on routine basis
  • Maintaining Shop Floor Discipline and handling grievances
  • Managing Domestic Enquiries and disciplinary action process
  • Drive Employee Engagement (Wellness Programs, Appreciation, Cultural Events, suggestion scheme etc.)
  • Driving various Training and OD interventions for workmen and trainees
  • Manage Time attendance and Payroll process for workmen and trainees
  • Sharing of inputs to Accounts for processing of payroll
  • Implementation of Digitization Interventions for ER activities
  • Responsible for various internal and external audits of ER processes, IMS, IATF etc.
  • Managing F & F Settlement of workmen and Trainees
  • Managing Employee welfare facilities like Canteen, transport, Creche etc.
