• Facilitate the delivery of cyber resilience schedule.
• Create and exercise Bronze plans in line with cyber resilience schedule.
• Understand business challenges and the threats they face and using this information to shape cyber resilience exercises.
• Support the uplift of the cyber resilience capability with the rollout of simulation and complex resilience exercises, ensuring the delivery of high-quality work on time and to budget.
• Supporting Incident Response activity.
• Advising on resilience governance, frameworks and operating models.
• Reporting and shaping cyber resilience controls and risk management.
• Evidencing the ability to meet regulatory commitments and expectations.
• Work with third parties to successfully deliver Cyber Resilience requirements
• To produce MI to highlight progress, issues, trends etc.
• Adopt a Project Management approach to drive things at a speed and work with others to unblock challenges.
• Support/collaborate with teams like Skills and development for creating awareness on Cyber Resilience.
• Ensure engagement with all business units, risk committees, and other stakeholders across the Company.
• Ability to manage investigations of confidential issues at all levels and to apply judgement as to how these are conducted and the actions arising from them, exercising absolute discretion.
• Ensure consistency of reporting and production of high-quality documentation and material.
• Development of new ideas to contribute to the continued success of the department and the services provided

• General knowledge on data privacy regulations (GDPR).
• An understanding of key information security risks posed and ability to develop pragmatic options to manage these.
