Position Title: Deputy Manager - Embedded Systems

About the Role:
We are seeking a skilled Deputy Manager specializing in Embedded Systems to join our R&D team in the automobile sector. This role involves overseeing and contributing to the development of embedded systems, particularly focusing on AUTOSAR technology.
Key Responsibilities:
- System Development: Lead and contribute to the development of embedded systems using AUTOSAR technology.
- Software Design: Design, develop, and implement embedded software solutions for automotive applications.
- Requirements Analysis: Analyze system requirements and translate them into technical specifications for embedded software development.
- Testing and Validation: Conduct testing and validation of embedded systems to ensure functionality, reliability, and compliance with industry standards.
- Project Management: Manage embedded systems projects, including planning, scheduling, and resource allocation.
- Team Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams including hardware engineers, software developers, and project managers.
- Documentation: Prepare technical documentation, reports, and manuals related to embedded systems development and implementation.
Qualifications :
- Educational Background: Bachelor's degree in Electronics Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field (B.Tech/B.E).
- Experience: 2-6 years of experience in embedded systems development, preferably in the automotive industry
Skills:
- Proficiency in AUTOSAR architecture and embedded software development.
- Hands-on experience with embedded programming languages (C, C++) and development tools (IDEs, debuggers).
- Knowledge of communication protocols (CAN, LIN, Ethernet) and hardware interfaces.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
