Job Description

Mandates: Should have 6+yr LI Exposure

Should be graduate.

Prior Renewal collection experience

JD: Job holder will be responsible for end to end renewal collections and persistency management through for Lapse base and Bluebook & Campaign Management across all renewal buckets. The profile will include managing of renewal collection process of customer calling and Communications and assist in collections target achievements within agreed SLAs. The role will include attaining maximum customer retention through setting up internal communication procedures, system enhancements, monitor reinstatement of lapse policies. The jobholder will be engaged in driving retention scores through business partners via enablement of existing agreements, reporting and controlling process and high levels of engagement and working with upstream and downstream processes.

Salary: 8 LPA plus other benefits
