Key Accountabilities

Preparing applications and documents for obtaining various approvals/licenses

Follow up with Govt. Depts for obtaining approvals and permission on time

Collection and sharing of information that is useful for taking important business decisions

Building and maintaining healthy working relations with Govt. Officials

Building and maintaining healthy working relations with local community, local leaders and other external relevant agencies

Plan and attend Port visits both courtesy and statutory visits by Govt. Officials, Industries Associations etc.

Maintaining proper documentations of various applications, licenses, and approvals

Submission of compliances for various approvals/licenses in timely manner

Exhibiting strategic brand alignment and advocacy in external representation

Stay up to date on industry trends and developments

Qualifications

EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATIONS:

(degree, training, or certification required)

Graduate / Post Graduate (any stream)

LLB qualification will be an added advantage

RELEVANT EXPERIENCE: (no. of years of technical, functional, and/or leadership experience or specific exposure required) 7 to 12 years of relevant experience in which worked as team members of Corporate Affairs with medium to large size organisation
