Responsibilities
Desired Area of Expertise:
- Around 0307 years of relevant experience in Production activities.
- Ensure proper manpower handling in Production line.
- Ensure day wise & shift wise volume as per ABP targets.
- Scheduling variant wise products as per the dispatch meeting CRDD (Customer requirement delivery date)
- Monthly WIP & Shop floor inventory analysis and corrective measures.
- Responsible for QMS in Compliance with ISO 9000:2008, ISO 14001, OHAS: 18001.
- Implementation of TQM Concept on Shop Floor like 5S,3M, JIT, Suggestion Scheme.
- Train the operator for specified machine operation
- Ensure 5S, kaizen, cleanliness, and safety in the respective area.
- Ensure the daily check items are met as per the daily check sheet before start of every shift production.
- Collect the production data, analyse, and present as per the plan.
- Ensure the availability of BOM items at the respective cluster area.
Qualifications
Educational Qualification: BE / B.Tech.
Experience: 05- 08 Years
