JOB PURPOSE
- Collaborating with stakeholders to prioritize features and enhancements based on business value, customer impact, and technical feasibility
- Working closely with China IT, Retail, state, sales, and support teams to ensure alignment on product goals and successful product delivery.
- Lead the technical integration with affordability partners.
- Manage all functional & technical queries of affordability integration and apps.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- The Candidate should have domain knowledge of Sales, Distribution and Retail processes
- Working closely with China IT, Retail, state, sales, and support teams to ensure alignment on product goals and successful product delivery.
- Creates process models, specifications, diagrams, and BRD to provide direction to developers and the project team.
- Communicates changes, enhancements, and modifications of business requirements verbally or through written documentation to project managers, IT Team, and other stakeholders so that issues and solutions are understood.
- Lead the technical integration with affordability partners.
- Oversee the implementation & testing of new technology and systems.
Specialist Qualifications / Certifications
- Domain knowledge of Sales, distribution, and retail processes.
- Knowledge in MS Office (particularly in MS PowerPoint & MS Excel).
Specific experience
- 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst/Product Manager in the Retail/telecom sector
Overall experience : Minimum 05 Years of experience
