Responsibilities & Key Deliverables
- Must be from an automotive OEM (Passenger vehicle) company with a minimum of 4 years of experience in manufacturing Quality
- Holding a Degree/Post graduation in Electronics
- Hands-on experience of automotive electricals, electronics, and software troubleshooting
- Understanding of ECOS, DTC, wiring schematics, troubleshooting manuals
- Knowledge/Know-how of vehicle E&E parts and aggregates like ECUs, Body control modules, HVAC system, Lightings, infotainment system, etc.
- Knowledge of wiring harness layouts - clipping, routing & fouling assessments from thermal & safety point of view
- Handling of Next customer issues (RFI) - root cause analysis and action planning with horizontal deployment
- Handling of field concerns - root cause analysis and action planning with horizontal deployment
- Knowledge of New product development (NPD) process. Should be able to handle FTR related to E&E and software changes
- Participate in various CFTs like EN, DCP, MPPAP, etc
- Managing & strengthening of E&E and software checks at EOL inspection
- Carry out process and product audits as per plan and getting closure of audit observations
- Ensure the right quality of outgoing vehicles
- Managing shop Quality indicators
- Communicate shop/plant actions on product issues to internal & external customers
- Guide associates in their routine activities
- Co-ordinate to resolve chronic concerns through the QC story Approach

Education Qualification
The ideal candidate for this role should have a BE/PG in Electronics or Electronics & Telecommunication Engineering.
General Experience
The Deputy Manager/Assistant Manager- MQA TCF should have a general experience of 4 to 7 years in Automobile -TCF Manufacturing Quality Assurance and should have a strong understanding of E&E.
Critical Experience
