Job Description

Qualifications:- Graduates/MBA from a recognized and renowned university
Position- Area Training Manager
Preference- Male/ Female
Experience- 7-8 Years
1) Monitor and implement the training activities in different channels as per agreed calendars through the trainers in his/her Area. Understand the channel specific training requirements through stakeholder interactions and draw out & implement training interventions Conduct trainer s reviews and joint reviews with stakeholders to gauge effectiveness. Monitor and evaluate training programs for effectiveness, success & ROI.
2) Maintain a keen understanding of training trends, best practises, developments areas through field visits and stakeholder interaction Manage & report the training dashboards for training activities conducted for different channels in his/her Area. Responsible to drive Mgurukul & other technology based platform s for the sales team through the trainers in the area.
3) Hire new trainers as per head count plan and certify them before deployments to field. Organise periodic TTT/ Team meetings to build capability and effectives within the team of trainers. Sales productivity Training coverage on products and policies. Mapping training needs and tracking efficiency Capability building programs for trainers like TTT, workouts.
4) Compliance training coverage Publishing MIS & Dashboard Trainers internal assessment & Certification scores Proven working experience as a sales trainer. Track record in designing and implementing specific training initiatives to improve sales effectiveness, productivity, performance.
5) Experience in class room training, coaching, on the job training, LMS, Conducting workshops. Excellent written & spoken communication skills Expert in word, PPT, Excel tools & MIS, data management. Ability to plan, multi task and manage time and task effectively. Able to lead discussions and influence decisions.
6) Work closely with the sales team and drive the sales objectives like Accounts productivity, Approval rates, Applications, RTB etc. as per business requirements through set of Vendor Payroll Trainer. Qualifications:-Graduates/MBA from a recognized and renowned university
