JOB DESCRIPTION
Position/Core Responsibilities Work closely with the Banca ZSM and Sales stakeholders and drive the Business Impact Objectives through Training Intervention Like Improvement of Productivity, Bottom performers Productivity Improvement
Hiring and Supervision of RTM's and ensure proper certification of RTM/ATM's and Trainers of the Region,Manage Trainer to BRE ratio as expected fir the Zone, Provide coaching and development to RTM/ATM/Trainers and ensure effective implementation of new and existing training program
Understands Best Credit card Industry Practices in the market and brings in best practices which can be implmented for better business impact at organisational Level
Regular tracking of efficiancy metrics of circle like RTB, Declines and other business leakage and ensuring there is positive impact in the effeciancy metrics of the Zone and bring down business leakages
Categorisation of BRE basis Performance into Different Buckets(Red/Yellow/Green) at circle level and ensure good movement of BRE from lower performance bucket to Highet Bucket (Design and execute Business Impact strategies)
Define & drive Sales FTE & Non- FTE training needs identification process,framework,execution and results
Creates G sheets for FTE & Non FTE Training Team and be part of decision making of all important Projects roll out or designing Objective Frame work for Training Team
Creates and Roll Out Learning Calendar for the Zonal Training and Sales Team, Takes decisions on roll out of national level Mgurukul learning content and delivery, Ensure Zonal Level LMS Penetration
Regular review of New hire Productivity and overall productivity with Zonal sales team & RTM/ATM G sheets, Define and identify the plan of action for area of opportunity, Owns the execution and delivery.
Publish a regular training dashboard describing the progress & updates on training conducted and Impact of the training on a month on month basis for Zonal Level stakeholders
Laisen with SBI Staff (DGM/Cross Sell Manager Level) to understand the TNI to roll out specific module Training for SBI staff through Classroom/LMS
Roll out Zonal Level Projects with Quality Team and ensured Results are achieved and Impacts the organisation
Influence and work with Cross Functional team, Discuss on requirements and drives various programs, Leads as Training In-charge of Training at Zonal Level.
Measures of Success(Define the Outcomes expected of the role) Sales Productivity - New Hire and Low Performing BRE for the Zone
Training coverage on products and policies and Efficasy of Business Leakage Control
Mapping training needs and tracking efficiency, Projects roll out and closure
Capability building programs for trainers like TTT, workouts.
Compliance training coverage and maintain Zero compliance issues for the Zone
Publishing MIS & Dashboard
Trainer's internal assessment & Certification scores
Skills Sets Required Proven working experience as a Training Manager/ Driving training initiatives for large group of stakeholders
Track record in designing and implementing specific training initiatives to improve sales effectiveness, productivity, performance.
Experience in class room training, coaching, on the job training, LMS, Conducting workshops.
Should have handled Team in previous assignment.
Excellent written & spoken communication skills
Expert in word, PPT, Excel tools & MIS, data management.
Ability to plan, multi task and manage time and task effectively.
Must have Qualification Graduates/MBA from a recognized and renowned university
Should have minimum 8-10 years work experience of which atleast 8+ Years in Training
Sales and/or Sales training or other such roles
Should have proven team management skills
Should have experience and ability to manage a large stakeholder group
Relevant Experience in a field Sales ( 3 year) & Training ( 7 years)
(Pl specify field and years) Field work, Retail industry and Banca business (Travelling is must)
Preferred Industry(If Any) BFSI,FMCG,Pharma
Desired Characteristics Excellent understanding of Credit Card Sales process / policy.
Retail Sales Experience.
Excellent Communication skills.
Ability to break complex issues into simple tasks.
Fluency in MS Office.
Ability to effectively manage a large team and multiple stake holders.
Willing to travel extensively.
