Responsibilities
- Oversee the quality assurance processes for the Copper Business industry
- Manage the day-to-day operations of the laboratory, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations
- Lead a team of laboratory technicians and quality assurance professionals
- Develop and implement quality control procedures to maintain product integrity and customer satisfaction
- Conduct regular audits and inspections to identify areas for improvement and ensure adherence to best practices
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address quality issues and drive continuous improvement initiatives
- Stay updated on industry trends and technological advancements to enhance the quality assurance processes
- Provide leadership and guidance in troubleshooting and resolving quality-related challenges
- Prepare and maintain documentation related to quality assurance and laboratory activities
Qualifications
- 13-17 years of experience in quality assurance and laboratory management
- Proven track record in the Copper Business industry
- Demonstrated experience in managing a team and implementing quality control processes
- Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or related field
- Master's degree in Quality Management or relevant discipline (preferred)
