Responsibilities
As the Deputy Manager - Electrical, you will have the following key responsibilities:
- Lead the electrical team and oversee all electrical operations within the Copper industry division
- Develop and implement electrical maintenance plans to ensure the reliability and safety of equipment
- Optimize electrical systems to enhance efficiency and reduce downtime
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations and internal safety standards
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support overall operational objectives
- Conduct regular inspections and audits to identify and address potential electrical issues
- Provide technical expertise and guidance on electrical systems and equipment
- Manage electrical projects from conception to completion, ensuring deadlines and budgets are met
- Supervise and mentor electrical staff, fostering a culture of continuous learning and development
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field
- Master's degree or additional certifications in Electrical Management (preferred)
- 8-10 years of experience in electrical management within the Copper industry or related field
- Demonstrated track record of successfully leading electrical projects and teams
- Proven experience in implementing best practices for electrical maintenance and operations
