8LPA- Strategy Planning: To design Business Plan / Sales and Marketing strategies / execute Plans / drive activities to generate revenue.
Lead Generation / Lead Management / CRM
- Visit Associations / exhibitions/ identify locations to generate leads.
Develop & maintain structured database required for business analysis. To achieve or exceed sales target as set by the Management (achieve monthly / quarterly / annual sales targets planned).
- Approach SME/ Entrepreneurs for Selling Business Solutions / Services / High Value Products. Identify / explore new sales opportunities (Sourcing leads and lead management).
Plan / launch introductory programs etc., to fill batches and flag off programs.- Team Performance / Team Management / Education & Training- Capability Building:
Maintain Optimal Team size and ensure their productivity / Building Leaders for tomorrow
- Identifying underperforming executives to initiate necessary & alternative steps. Identifying areas for training and development
Manage the team's motivation levels, monitoring and guiding performance.- Accountable to develop, implement and manage Business Development activities and help the teams to deliver their financial targets.
Daily Activity Report (DAR)
- Monitor the Activities v/s Productivity of each sales person.
Building New Markets: Developing and building new Markets (Franchise Operated)

- Educational Qualifications:
Graduate / Master/ Bachelor Degree in Business Studies, Marketing/Sales, Advertising/Media or equivalent
