Requirements:
- 10+ years of experience in B2C sales, preferably in the interior design or related industry.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and managing a successful sales team.
- Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire team members.
- Excellent negotiation and networking skills.
- Ability to analyze sales data and market trends to drive informed decisions.
- Knowledge of CRM software and MS Office.
