To secure Labour and Material (BAS, Low side) as per sales forecast with the specified minimum margin requirement
- Work with owner to influence specifications and promote Johnson Controls products and capabilities.
- Assist operations team to submit quotation as required.
- Conduct market survey, make marketing and sales presentation to owners as required. Coordinate with the Service Department for maximum results.
- Maintain existing customers and continue to develop new customers.
- Resolve all differences between our customers on contracts matters, expectations, etc.
- Prepare proposal, drawings, and quotations as required for customers.
- Secure orders, write out plan margin and work with operations team for commitment.
- Maintain a record of all jobs tendered or quoted. Furnish the weekly updated list to Business Manager.
- Provide weekly activities report to the Business Manager.
- Plan and strategize marketing and sales.
- Follow-up with customers for collections.
- Some sales experience preferred. Must have knowledge in Building Service, ACMV and BAS
