- Create schedules for planned preventive maintenance (PPM), ensuring that all preventive maintenance is completed, organizing ongoing maintenance tasks, and leading the team to deliver results.
Project and People Management:
- Lead three-wheeler, scooter, and motorcycle projects in India and abroad, including lines and equipment, utilities power generation, distribution, MDB, LDB, installation & commissioning, improvement, and overhaul projects, increasing machine reliability and extending equipment lifespan.
- Successfully implement Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) principles, resulting in reduced downtime and increased overall equipment effectiveness (OEE).
- Maximize manpower utilization through effective scheduling and training programs, resulting in increased productivity.
