Responsibilities & Key Deliverables
The Team Lead, Strategy will play a pivotal role in leading high-impact projects that enhance operational efficiency, streamline processes, centralize core functions, and drive significant margin improvements across our businesses. The ideal candidate will leverage their strategic and analytical skills to develop and implement strategies that align with our business objectives and deliver measurable results.
Key Responsibilities
- Project Leadership: Lead cross-functional teams in the planning, execution, and delivery of complex operations transformation and margin improvement projects. Ensure client satisfaction and project success through effective project management.
- Strategic Analysis: Conduct in-depth analyses of business operations to identify opportunities for efficiency gains, cost reduction, and process optimization. Develop data-driven recommendations and actionable strategies to achieve measurable improvements.
- Client Engagement: Build and maintain strong client relationships, acting as a trusted advisor. Work closely with client stakeholders to understand their business challenges, align project objectives with organizational goals, and ensure successful implementation of solutions.
- Senior Stakeholder Management: Engage and manage relationships with senior executives and key decision-makers. Communicate project progress, risks, and outcomes effectively to influence strategic decisions.
- Team Management: Mentor and guide junior consultants, fostering a collaborative and high-performance team environment. Provide feedback, coaching, and development opportunities to team members.
- Change Management: Drive change management initiatives to ensure the successful adoption of new processes and practices. Develop and deliver training programs to support transitions within client organizations.
- Performance Tracking: Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to monitor project progress and measure the impact of implemented solutions. Regularly report on project status, risks, and outcomes to clients and internal stakeholders.
- Thought Leadership: Contribute to the development of thought leadership in operations transformation and margin improvement. Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies
Experience
Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in management consulting, with a focus on operations transformation, process optimization, and margin improvement. Previous experience with a top-tier consulting firm (MBB) is preferred.
Qualifications
Industry Preferred
Bachelor's degree in business, Engineering, Operations, or a related field. An MBA or equivalent advanced degree is strongly preferred.
