Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage all engineering activities related to Thermal Projects.
  • Provide technical support and guidance to the project team.
  • Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
  • Oversee the design, development, and implementation of engineering solutions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize project outcomes.
  • Identify and implement process improvements to enhance project efficiency.
  • Conduct regular site visits and inspections to monitor project progress.
  • Resolve technical issues and provide timely solutions to project challenges.
  • Prepare and present engineering reports to senior management.
  • Mentor and coach junior engineering staff to foster professional development.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, or related field).
  • Master's degree in Engineering or a related field (preferred).
