- Lead and oversee the administration and human resources functions for the Renewable Energy business unit.
- Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business objectives, ensuring a high-performing and engaged workforce.
- Drive talent acquisition, retention, and succession planning initiatives to meet the current and future needs of the organization.
- Manage employee relations, performance management, and compliance with employment laws and regulations.
- Collaborate with senior leadership to design and execute organizational development and change management initiatives.
- Oversee facilities management, including office infrastructure, security, and vendor management.
- Establish and maintain productive relationships with external partners, industry stakeholders, and regulatory bodies.
- Provide leadership and guidance to the administration and HR team, fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement.
Experience
QUALIFICATIONS
- 14-25 years of progressive experience in administration and human resources within the Renewable Energy industry.
- Demonstrated track record of leadership, strategic thinking, and driving organizational effectiveness.
- Proven experience in implementing innovative HR practices and managing administrative functions.
