Job Description

Responsibilities

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Lead and oversee the administration and human resources functions for the Renewable Energy business unit.
  • Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business objectives, ensuring a high-performing and engaged workforce.
  • Drive talent acquisition, retention, and succession planning initiatives to meet the current and future needs of the organization.
  • Manage employee relations, performance management, and compliance with employment laws and regulations.
  • Collaborate with senior leadership to design and execute organizational development and change management initiatives.
  • Oversee facilities management, including office infrastructure, security, and vendor management.
  • Establish and maintain productive relationships with external partners, industry stakeholders, and regulatory bodies.
  • Provide leadership and guidance to the administration and HR team, fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement.

Experience

QUALIFICATIONS

  • 14-25 years of progressive experience in administration and human resources within the Renewable Energy industry.
  • Demonstrated track record of leadership, strategic thinking, and driving organizational effectiveness.
  • Proven experience in implementing innovative HR practices and managing administrative functions.
