- Servicing member companies in the region (responding and resolving queries, organizing events and taking required service initiatives for member engagement)
- Driving the Regional Councils for the territory in various geos as needed and the Special Interest Groups for HR, CFO's, CEOs, Skill Initiatives, GCC Forum etc apart from conceptualizing and implementing related initiatives and events
- Implement ideas and initiatives strategized in the region
- Business Development by recruiting new members apart from outreach for nasscom events for delegate registration, sponsorship and selling nasscom research reports, publications etc
- Plan and initiate regional events
- Facilitating and supporting national level initiatives and events in the region
- Implement and manage internal processes with respect to finance, knowledge management, revenue and expenditure
