The Consumer Services Architect role is responsible for supporting consumer Domain EA in defining the global north star architecture across Marketing & Direct To Consumer domains (capabilities, technology standards), governing and ensure organization aligns with enterprise standards and uses common solutions, defining the architecture for all consumer programs and providing architecture guidance to sector EA's for sector specific initiatives, towards reducing IT costs and complexity and ensuring long term viability of solutions.
. Support Domain EA's in defining north star reference architectures for domain (capability models, with common terminology, definitions, and flows).
. Support Domain EA's in defining technology strategy for domain. Co-lead the evaluation and selection of solutions/platforms to meet global/sector needs.
. Support Domain EA's in evangelizing and increase awareness of global reference architectures and tech standards for domain across the enterprise.
. Support Domain EA's in shaping the technology strategy of Sales Transformation & Commercial initiatives to maximize alignment with standards. Help close fit gaps with standards to minimize local solutions.
. Support Domain EA's in delivery of consistent solution architecture (conceptual, logical, and physical architecture) for key transformation initiatives to ensure solution is fit for purpose, flexible, scalable, and sustainable.
. Understand new demand to improve Commercial Services including automation, service delivery, and reporting & analytics.
. Help guide / support sector Commercial architects in defining solution architecture for sector specific projects.
