Responsibilities:
Serve as the primary point of contact for music industry partners, establishing and maintaining strong relationships.
Collaborate with internal teams, including content acquisition, and marketing to ensure seamless onboarding and ongoing support for partners.
Proactively identify and pursue opportunities to expand the music catalogue and secure new content partnerships.
Monitor and analyze key performance metrics,such as user engagement, streaming trends, and revenue generation, to optimize partner relationships and drive growth.
Coordinate marketing and promotional campaigns with partners, ensuring effective collaborations.
Identify and address any partner-related issues or concerns promptly, working closely with internal teams to find resolutions.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies, sharing insights and recommendations with the team.
Collaborate with the product team to gather partner feedback and requirements, advocating for partner needs and driving product enhancements.
Preferred Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. Relevant work experience may be considered.
Proven experience as an Account Manager, Relationship Manager, or similar role, preferably within the music or entertainment industry.
Strong understanding of the music industry landscape, including knowledge of record labels, music distributors, artists, and content licensing.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with partners.
Analytical mindset, with proficiency in analyzing data and generating actionable insights to drive partner success.
Self-motivated and proactive, with the ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively.
Strong organizational and project management skills, with attention to detail and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Passion for music and a strong interest in music streaming and digital content distribution.
Experience working with digital music platforms or streaming services.
Knowledge of content marketing and promotional strategies within the music industry.
Understanding of data analytics tools and reporting platforms.
Familiarity with music rights management, copyright laws.
