Job Title: Departmental Head_ Liasoning/Public Relations

Qualification : Any graduate

Experience: 15-18 Yrs.

Job Purpose:

Building working relations with government agencies and external parties to ensure a conducive environment for smooth functioning of the unit operations.

Key Result Areas

1.To Ensure smooth clearances of our approvals / sanctions by developing and maintaining good relations with Officials of Gujarat Govt. & Central Government through close networking and better co-ordination with various government departments in consonance with requirement of internal customers.

2.Regular interaction with the Senior Officials of Gujarat government Departments, which includes Industries Development Commissioner, and Principal Secretaries of key departments like irrigation, Labor, Industry, Home, Town planning etc. besides to Chief Minister's Secretariat

3.To develop and maintain a database of key persons, government officials

4.To interact with Key Govt. Officials- Collector Office, Nagarpallika, GIDC, GPCB, Police, Departments in Gandhinagar etc.

5.To cultivate formal / informal relations with various Ministries

6.To attend panchayat related matters

7.To attend all land related matter
