Headquartered in Raipur, Chhattisgarh, India, Shubham K-Mart aims to provide a world-class shopping experience to the people of Chhattisgarh. With a passion for excellence, the company has rapidly expanded its network of stores across the state and now operates 33 stores. Shubham K-Mart plans to further expand its presence in Gujarat and Rajasthan, with a goal of reaching a total of 50 stores. Despite the economic downturn during the pandemic, the company remained committed to its employees and did not furlough anyone or reduce salaries.

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Department Manager at Shubham K-Mart Pvt Ltd located in Jodhpur. As a Department Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of your department, managing a team of employees, ensuring excellent customer service, optimizing sales and profitability, and maintaining inventory levels. You will also collaborate with other department managers and the management team to achieve overall company goals.

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
• Experience in the retail industry is a plus
