Role Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and knowledgeable Product Specialist to join our team. The Product Specialist will play a key role in promoting Waldent's products, providing technical expertise to customers and the sales team, and ensuring the successful adoption and utilization of our dental equipment and materials. This position requires a deep understanding of dental products, excellent communication skills, and the ability to build strong relationships with customers and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

- Serve as the primary point of contact for product-related inquiries from customers, dealers, and the sales team.

- Provide in-depth product knowledge, demonstrations, and training sessions to customers and sales teams.

- Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to develop and implement product strategies and campaigns.

- Conduct market research to stay informed about industry trends, customer needs, and competitor products.

- Assist in the development of product marketing materials, presentations, and training content.

- Monitor and report on product performance, customer feedback, and competitive activity.

- Support new product launches by ensuring all stakeholders are well-prepared and informed.

- Handle product-related complaints, troubleshooting, and work with the technical team to resolve any issues.

- Maintain strong relationships with key customers and distributors to promote product usage and adoption.

- Provide feedback to the product development team regarding customer needs and market trends.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Dental Sciences, Marketing, Business, or a related field.

- 3-4 years of experience in a product specialist or similar role, preferably in the dental or medical equipment industry.

- Strong understanding of dental equipment, devices, and materials.

- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

- Willingness to travel as needed.
