We are seeking a dedicated and knowledgeable dentist to join our online sales team.
This role involves engaging with dental professionals to understand their needs,
recommend appropriate dental products, and ensure a seamless ordering process
through WhatsApp, our bulk order panel, and the price requests module on
Dentalkart. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of dental products
and procedures, excellent communication skills, and the ability to build lasting
customer relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
- Customer Interaction:
- Engage with dental professionals via WhatsApp, bulk order panel, and
price requests module to understand their requirements.
- Provide product recommendations based on customer needs and
preferences.
- Respond to customer inquiries promptly and professionally.
Product Knowledge:
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of dental products, including their
features, benefits, and usage.
Stay informed about new product launches and industry trends.
Sales and Pricing:
- Develop and manage pricing structures for various products.
- Prepare and present pricing proposals to customers.
- Negotiate prices and terms to close sales effectively.
Relationship Building:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to encourage
repeat business.
- Follow up on orders and provide after-sales support to ensure customer
satisfaction.
- Organize and participate in meetings with customers to build rapport and
trust.
Data Management:
- Use Excel and other tools to track orders, manage customer data, and
generate sales reports.
- Analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for growth.
Team Collaboration:
- Work closely with the sales manager and other team members to achieve
sales targets.
- Participate in team meetings and contribute to sales strategies and plans.
