EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATION: Bsc Agri. Engineering/ B.E. Mechanical/ Diploma Mechanical
REPORTING TO (POSITION): General Manager
PURPOSE REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE AND TECHNICAL / FUCNTIONAL SKILLS:
Planning of crop plantation, fertilizers, pesticide spraying, etc.
Documentation of growing data in proper format for future R&D and training purposes.
Marketing of Demo House to local as well as foreign clients.
Finding local buyers for sale of produce.
Creating sales channel in India for Netting and greenhouse films
Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office - Word, PPT, Excel
Basic knowledge of Design software- AutoCAD (Experience with any irrigation design software preferred)
Basic knowledge of Mathematical concepts
Basic knowledge of Engineering concepts
On-the-Job training about the products and equipment used

PRIMARY AND MANDATORY TASKS:
A. Management of Demo House
Understanding crop requirements in terms of fertilizers and pesticides and creating proper irrigation on spraying cycles.
Planning for purchase of pesticides and fertilizers
Find local markets for produce to sell
Planning for plantation of seeds and crop rotation cycles based on market prices.
Document data of fertilizers used, spray used and create proper training programs for farmers.

B. Marketing and Sales
Organizing demo unit visits for potential clients and building a local network of growers in India.
Organizing visits for foreign clients to visit demo unit in India.
