Demand Planning

Roles and Responsibilities:-

Vendor and Supply Management:

Initiate, manage, and monitor timely purchase orders to ensure a seamless supply process,

maintaining a comprehensive record of all.

Oversee the procurement and supply of packaging materials, ensuring a balanced inventory to

prevent both understocking and overstocking.

Share timely demand projections to facilitate effective planning and collaborate with vendors to

maintain a consistent supply of raw materials.

Cross-Functional Collaboration:

Work closely with cross-functional teams, including the Product Team, to align demand and

supply.

Communicate relevant teams regarding order status and requirements.

Seek and obtain approvals from relevant stakeholders, maintain proactive follow-ups on the

same.

Inventory Management:

Conduct monthly inventory reconciliations, analyze findings, and prepare relevant reports.

Monitor the current and incoming inventory and analyze the right time for a full transition.

Efficiently manage inventory within the system to minimize wastage and ensure fulfillment.

Vendor Onboarding and Communication:

Establish connectivity with new vendors, requiring diligent follow-ups.

Proactively identify and communicate potential supply risks to mitigate disruptions.

Data-Driven Approach:

Utilize advanced MS Excel for data analysis and decision-making, providing data-driven

justifications for strategies and recommendations.

Process Design and Optimization:

Define logical and data-based processes to achieve overarching goals effectively. Continuously work on process improvements to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.Basic Qualifications

At least 1 year of experience with data management skills

Advanced MS Excel is a must

Supply Chain background preferable but not mandatory.
